[1] In September 2022 and March 2023, the Company entered into two automobile purchase agreements (“Purchase Agreements”) with two third parties to purchase a total of 150 automobiles which amounted to $2,301,261. As of September 30, 2024, 50 automobiles have been delivered to the Company and the Company has made prepayments of $658,345 towards the remaining purchase pertaining to the Purchase Agreements. The Company expects to complete the remaining purchase by March 31, 2025.
