Disclosure of large shareholdings

Capital Group International, Inc. ("CGII") is the
parent company of five companies that serve as
investment managers to various institutional clients
around the globe.

On 16 June 2011, as a result of the subscription
rights being exercised and new shares being issued,
CGII acquired 137,339,610 shares resulting, in a
total shareholding of 274,679,226 shares (6.6120%).
Of the total shares acquired by CGII, 132,916,630 of
those shares were acquired by a fund, Captial
International Private Equity Fund, L.P. ("CIPEF IV"),
a Delaware limited partnership that is managed by
CII, resulted in a shareholding of 265,833,266 shares
(6.3990%).
