The acquisition agreement relating to Ghana Gold is being renegotiated

IGE Resources AB (IGE) and Alluvia Mining Ltd (Alluvia) have started to
renegotiate the current transaction structure regarding the acquisition
agreement relating to Ghana Gold AB that was signed in January 2013. The
parties are currently renegotiating the content and the terms and have
already decided to not involve any share issuance of IGE. In addition,
partial or full reversal of the transaction is also under evaluation.
The transaction may, however, still be subject to shareholder approval
at the upcoming AGM on the 2ndof August 2013. IGE will announce more
information about the new transaction structure well in advance of the
AGM at the Company's webpage www.ige.se.
