Frode Andersen, board member of NMG AB, have been
allocated 1 000 000 shares at NOK 1.00 per share in
the rights issue.
After the transaction Jan Frode Andersen and
associated companies have a holding of 1 000 000
shares in NMG AB, representing 1.1% (based on 90 809
360 outstanding shares).
