In connection with the Annual General Meeting of Nickel Mountain Group
AB (NMG), to be held on Wednesday June 4, 2014, depute member of the
Board Erlend Dunér Henriksen has received proxies to represent and vote
for 7,891,327 shares held by the minority shareholders. Following the
recent change in share number, this represents 34.76% of the outstanding
shares and voting rights in the Company.
Erlend Dunér Henriksen controlles 148,498 shares held by his wholly
owned company Renud Invest AS.
