Reference is made to announcement by Nickel Mountain
Group AB (publ) ("NMG") of 10 December 2015 concerning
the issue of new shares in the Company.
This corporate action has caused the holdings of
companies associated with Mr Øystein Stray Spetalen to
fall below the 15% notification threshold. At the date
hereof, companies associated with Mr Øystein Stray
Spetalen hold in total 72,251,999 shares, representing
approx. 13.5% of the share capital in NMG. Following
registration of the further share capital increases
announced by NMG on 17 November 2015, said entities
will hold approx. 12.1% (based on 596,614,360 shares).
