UAB "LIEPU PROJEKTAS" (Buyer) - a company controlled by board member and primary insider James Andrew Clarke - has on 19 March 2021 entered into an agreement with BCP AS, Visgun AS, Emerging Europe Commercial Properties AS and Eruca AS (Sellers) for the Buyer's acquisition of in aggregate 1,779,721 shares in Baltic Sea Properties AS from the Sellers at a price per share of NOK 56.
The transaction is expected to be consummated on 30 April 2021. James Andrew Clarke owns no shares, whether directly or indirectly, in Baltic Sea Properties AS prior to the transaction.
