Notification of agreement on acquisition of shares in Baltic Sea Properties AS

Carpe Diem Afseth AS (Buyer) - a company controlled by board member and primary insider John Afseth - has on 29th of May 2021 entered into an agreement of acquiring 25.000 shares in Baltic Sea Properties AS at a price per share of NOK 51,70.

Carpe Diem Afseth AS owns upon completion of the transaction, 371 186 shares, equal to 5,46%, in Baltic Sea Properties AS.
