UAB Baltic Equity (Buyer) - a company controlled by James Andrew Clarke, Chairman and primary insider in Baltic Sea Properties AS (BALT) - has acquired 30,000 shares in Baltic Sea Properties AS (BALT) at a price per share of NOK 50.00 from Carpe Diem Afseth AS, a company controlled by John Afseth, board member and primary insider in Baltic Sea Properties AS.
UAB Baltic Equity owns upon completion of the transaction, 3 345 351 shares, equal to 38.47 %, in Baltic Sea Properties AS.
Carpe Diem Afseth AS, owns upon completion of the transaction, 400,000 shares, equal to 4.60%, in Baltic Sea Properties AS.
