Subsequent Event	10. Subsequent Event On September 28, 2017, Guggenheim Capital LLC entered into an agreement to sell its exchange-traded funds business to Invesco Ltd. (“Invesco”), a leading independent global investment management company (the “Transaction”). In connection with the Transaction, Invesco will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding membership interests of Guggenheim Specialized Products, LLC, the sponsor of the Trust. The Transaction is expected to close late in the second quarter of 2018.
