Appeal of resolution regarding mandatory offer received

Oslo Børs has received an appeal to The Stock Exchange Appeals Committee of the resolution from Tidships AS, a shareholder of Belships ASA. A few other minority shareholders of Belships ASA have endorsed the appeal.
