Reference is made to the announcement of 7 January 2019 regarding appeal of the resolution by Oslo Børs regarding mandatory offer in Belships ASA.
The Board of Directors of Oslo Børs ASA has upheld the resolution of 21 December 2018 and the appeal is forwarded to The Stock Exchange Appeals Committee.
