SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 10 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS USBO has performed an evaluation of subsequent events through the date the financial statements were issued. The subsequent events were as follows: Effective as of February 29, 2012, the size of the Creation Basket and Redemption Basket was reduced from 100,000 units to 50,000 units.
