Bergen Carbon Solutions has now implemented a share capital increase which was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on March 29, 2021. The share capital will be increased by NOK 20 425 533 by issuing 6 808 511 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.003. The new shares entitle to dividends and other rights in the Company from the registration of the capital increase in the Register of Business Enterprises.
