On 28 July 2021, the board of Bergen Carbon Solutions ( Ticker: BCS) approved a capital increase on the basis of a board authorization granted by the general meeting registered in the Register of Business Enterprises on 12.01.2021, which increases the share capital of the company from NOK 97,087,533 by NOK 14,934 to NOK 112,021,533. The new shares will be subscribed for by Saga Pure ASA in accordance with the option agreement announced on 28.07.2021
