BerGenBio ASA: Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by BerGenBio ASA (the
"Company") (OSE: BGBIO) on 27 June 2017 where the Company announced that the
board of directors of the Company had resolved to increase the Company's share
capital in connection with the exercise options pursuant to the Company's
employee share option program.The share capital increase has been duly
registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following such
registration, the Company's share capital is NOK 4,975,720 divided into
49,757,200 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
