Bergen, Norway, 15 April 2019 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice
published by BerGenBio ASA (the "Company") (OSE: BGBIO) on 12 April 2019 where
the Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company had resolved to
increase the Company's share capital in connection with the exercise of options
pursuant to the Company's share option programme.
A total of 100,000 options were exercised at an average subscription price of
NOK 16.01 per share.
The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. Following the registration, the Company's share capital is
NOK 5,495,144.60 divided into 54,951,446 shares, each with a nominal value of
NOK 0.10.
