Bergen, Norway, 5 February 2020 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice
published by BerGenBio ASA (the "Company") (OSE: BGBIO) on 30 January 2020 where
the Company announced that the board of directors of the Company had resolved to
increase the Company's share capital in connection with the private placement. A
total of 5,475,136 shares was issued in Tranche 1 at a subscription price of NOK
18.00 per share.
The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the Company's share capital
is NOK 6,655,172.60 divided into 66,551,726 shares, each with a nominal value of
NOK 0.10.
