Bergen, Norway, 4[th] March 2021 - Reference is made to the stock exchange
notice published by BerGenBio ASA (the "Company") (OSE: BGBIO) on 2 March 2021
where the Company announced that the board of directors of the Company had
resolved to increase the Company's share capital in connection with the exercise
of options pursuant to the Company's share option program. A total of 561,599
options were exercised and 561,599 new shares were issued at an average
subscription price of NOK 14.84 per share.
The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the Company's share capital
is NOK 8,782,158.20 divided into 87,821,582 shares, each with a nominal value of
NOK 0.10.
