BerGenBio - Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcement from BerGenBio ASA (the “Company”) on June 14 2023, regarding the final results of the NOK 250 million rights issue. Investinor Direkte AS ("Investinor") has been allocated 214,431,620 new shares in the rights issue. Following the rights issue, Investinor owns a total of 214,431,620 shares representing 8.28% of the total share capital in the Company following the issuance of the 2,500,000,000 new shares.
