Certain officers of the Trust are affiliated with the Sponsor and are not paid any fees by the Trust for serving in such capacities.

 

For the three months ended March 31, 2025, the Trust incurred $460,553 in Sponsor Fees. For the three months ended March 31, 2026, the Trust incurred $288,981 in Sponsor Fees.

 

 

As of March 31, 2026, affiliates of the Sponsor owned 18,140,000 Shares of the Trust.
