On 21.08.2025 BEWI ASA (ticker BEWI (the "Company") placed a private placement of 44,800,000 new shares, whereby TIND Asset Management AS (org.no 930961469) (“TIND”) was allocated 4,618,645 shares in Tranche 1. The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 38,344,458 Tranche 1 Shares in the Private Placement has today, 27.08.2025 been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. As a consequence, TIND (the "Manager") has now fallen below 5% of the Company’s shares and votes, having crossed the applicable disclosure threshold.
