BEWI ASA: Approval and publication of Prospectus and listing of shares in Tranche 2 of Private Placement

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by BEWI ASA ("BEWI" or
the "Company") on 20 August 2025 regarding the private placement of 44,800,000
new shares in the Company at an offer price of NOK 20.00 per share, raising
gross proceeds of NOK 896 million (the "Private Placement"), and the resolution
by BEWI's extraordinary general meeting on 11 September 2025 to issue 6,455,542
new shares in tranche 2 of the Private Placement ("Tranche 2 Shares").

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has today, 17 October 2025,
approved a prospectus prepared by the Company for the listing of the Tranche 2
Shares on Euronext Oslo Børs. The prospectus will be made available on the
Company's website: www.bewi.com/investors/reports-presentations.

The Tranche 2 Shares are expected to be listed on Euronext Oslo Børs on or about
20 October 2025, following the transfer of the Tranche 2 Shares from the
separate temporary ISIN NO 0013665265 to the Company's ordinary listed ISIN NO
001 0890965 in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository, Euronext Securities
Oslo (VPS).

DNB Carnegie, a part of DNB Bank ASA, acted as manager and Wikborg Rein
Advokatfirma AS acted as legal advisor to the Company in connection with the
Private Placement.
