SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	5. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In preparing this financial statement, the Sponsor has evaluated events and transactions for potential recognition or disclosure through the date this financial statement was available to be issued. Management has determined that there were no material events, that would require disclosure in the Fund’s financial statement, which occurred during the period subsequent to December 26, 2023.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
