BIOFISH HOLDING AS: New share capital registered
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by BioFish Holding AS (the "Company") on 23 January 2023, regarding the extraordinary general meetings approval of the share capital increase related to (i) the private placement by issuance of 55,000,000 new shares that was successfully placed on 12 January 2023; and (ii) the shareholder loan conversion by issuance of 2,500,000 new shares.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of a total of 57,500,000 new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).
Following this, the Company's registered share capital is NOK 70,900,000 divided into 70,900,000 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
