MTB Invest AS, a shareholder in Black Sea Property AS
("Company"), have on the 27th September 2016
respectively sold 198,330 shares in the Company to
Egil Melkevik, board member and 162,270 shares to
Johannes Melkevik, a close related party to Egil
Melkevik, to a price of NOK 3 per share. MTB Invest AS
is 55% owned by board member Egil Melkevik and 45%
owned by Johannes Melkevik and the shares transferred
according to the ownership distribution in MTB Invest
AS.
MTB Invest AS and Egil Melkevik himself is regarded as
primary insiders in the Company, the trade is, thus,
notifiable under the Norwegian Securities Trading Act
section 4-2.
After this, MTB Invest AS will own no shares in the
Company, while Egil Melkevik personally will own
198,330 shares in the Company, corresponding to
approximately 0.66% of the Company.
