The Board of Directors of Black Sea Property AS hereby calls for an ordinary general meeting to be held on 12 June 2020 at 14.00 CEST in the offices of Advokatfirmaet CLP DA, Sommerrogata 13-15, 0255 Oslo, Norway. The notice for the ordinary general meeting is attached to this stock exchange notice.
Due to the ongoing situation with spread of coronavirus, all shareholders are encouraged to submit a voting proxy in lieu of attending the general meeting in person. The general meeting will be conducted as short and concise as possible, and no presentation will be held for the general meeting.
