Leases Leases
The Company leases facilities under non-cancelable operating leases, primarily for rent of office space. Our leases have various expiration dates through November 2027, some of which include options to extend the leases for up to three years. The Company does not have any finance leases.
Operating lease costs were $0.8 million for the three months ended July 31, 2022, and $1.4 million for the six months ended July 31, 2022. Variable lease costs were $0.2 million for the three months ended July 31, 2022 and $0.4 million for the six months ended July 31, 2022. Short-term lease costs were $0.1 million for the three months ended July 31, 2022 and $0.2 million for the six months ended July 31, 2022.
