Subsequent Event	Note 15 Subsequent Event On April 27, 2015, the Company entered into an asset purchase agreement with Dan’s Supermarket Inc., a six-store chain serving Bismarck and Mandan, North Dakota.  The transaction is expected to close in June, 2015.
