Summary of Significant Accounting Policies and Basis of Presentation	Note 1 Summary of Significant Accounting Policies and Basis of Presentation The accompanying unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements (the “financial statements”) include the accounts of SpartanNash Company and its subsidiaries (“SpartanNash”). All significant intercompany accounts and transactions have been eliminated. In the opinion of management, the accompanying financial statements, taken as a whole, contain all adjustments, which are of a normal recurring nature, necessary to present fairly the financial position of SpartanNash as of April 25, 2015, and the results of its operations and cash flows for the interim periods presented. Interim results are not necessarily indicative of results for a full year.
