Income Taxes	Note 11 Income Taxes The effective income tax rate was 37.5% and 39.0% for the 12 weeks ended October 10, 2015 and October 4, 2014, respectively. For the 40 weeks ended October 10, 2015 and October 4, 2014, the effective income tax rate was 37.4% and 37.6%, respectively. The differences from the Federal statutory rate in the current and prior year periods are primarily due to state income taxes.
