Rheinmetall Berlin Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH currently holds approximately 81.5 percent of Kolbenschmidt Pierburg Aktiengesellschaft’s shares. Under this voluntary public offer the bidder, Rheinmetall Berlin Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, will pay to the shareholders of Kolbenschmidt Pierburg Aktiengesellschaft for each bearer share issued by Kolbenschmidt Pierburg Aktiengesellschaft cash in the amount of Euro 15,00. The voluntary public offer will be executed in accordance with the provisions and conditions of the offering document (Angebotsunterlage), which have not yet been distributed.
