Purchase of treasury shares

Borgestad Industries ASA has on February 22nd 2010
purchased 800 own shares at a price of NOK 41,00 per
share.
After this transaction Borgestad Industries ASA
holds 18.000 own shares.
Amortized in accordance with the resolution from the
shareholders meeting 4th of June 2009.
