Purchase of treasury shares

Borgestad Industries ASA has on March 5th 2010
purchased 200 own shares at a price of NOK 42,00 per
share.
After this transaction Borgestad Industries ASA
holds 18.200 own shares.
Amortized in accordance with the resolution from the
shareholders meeting 4th of June 2009.
