Purchase of treasury shares

Borgestad Industries ASA has on July 30th 2010
purchased 1.061 own shares at a price of NOK 39,40
per share.
After this transaction Borgestad Industries ASA
holds 19.312 own shares.
Amortized in accordance with the resolution from the
shareholders meeting June 3rd 2010.
