Purchase of treasury shares

Borgestad Industries ASA has on September 21st 2010
purchased 10 own shares at a price of NOK 40,00
per share.
After this transaction Borgestad Industries ASA
holds 19.322 own shares.
Amortized in accordance with the resolution from the
shareholders meeting June 3rd 2010.
