Borgestad ASA - Final accounts for 2009

The Board of Directors of Borgestad ASA has the
23rd March, approved the final accounts for 2009 and
confirmed the preliminary accounts published
on 26th February 2010.

The Annual Report 2009, including the approved
accounts will be distributed to the shareholders with
the notice for the Annual GeneralMeeting.
