Borregaard : Share buyback

Reference is being made to the stock exchange release of 1 February 2013
regarding Borregaard's share repurchase program in relation to the employee
share program.

Borregaard has on 21 February 2013 purchased 40 000 own shares at an average
price of NOK 23,76 per share for use in Borregaard's employee share program.
After this transaction, Borregaard owns a total of 360 000 own shares and no
further shares will be bought back under this program.
