Borregaard: Mandatory notification of trade - options

07.01.2014: Borregaard ASA ("Borregaard", OSE ticker: BRG)

On 7 January 2014, in connection with Borregaard's option programme, 50 000
options in Borregaard-shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 19,03 per
share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Borregaard shares
is 2 490 000. Borregaard owns 1 220 000 treasury shares.
