Borregaard: Mandatory notification of trade

JAAG Consult AS, a closely related party to Jan Anders Oksum, chairman of the
Board of Directors of Borregaard ASA (ticker: "BRG"), has on 8 May 2014 acquired
2 394 shares in Borregaard ASA at a price of NOK 43.8616 per share. Following
this transaction, Jan Anders Oksum's shareholding in Borregaard ASA, including
his closely related parties, is 8 000 shares.
