Dag Arthur Aasbø, Senior Vice President of HR and Communications of Borregaard
ASA (ticker: "BRG"), has on 2 November 2015 acquired 3,000 shares in Borregaard
ASA at a price of NOK 45.30 per share. Following this transaction, Dag Arthur
Aasbø owns 42,721 shares and 62,500 options in Borregaard ASA.
