Related parties to General Counsel of Borregaard ASA, Sveinung Heggen, have on
15 August 2017 acquired 20 shares in Borregaard ASA (ticker:"BRG") at a price of
NOK 94.75 per share. Following this transaction, Sveinung Heggen and related
parties own 8,535 shares in Borregaard ASA. Sveinung Heggen owns 65,000 options
in Borregaard ASA.
