This is a correction of the announcement dated 21 August 2019, where it was
incorrectly informed that primary insider Tuva Barnholt, Senior Vice President
Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing, exercised 25,000 stock options. The correct
number is 5,000 stock options. In a related transaction, Borregaard repurchased
5,000 own shares (not 25,000) from Tuva Barnholt at an average price of NOK
93.87 per share. After the transaction, Tuva Barnholt owns 31,624 shares and
65,000 stock options in Borregaard.
The total number of outstanding Borregaard stock options following this
transaction is 1,526,000. Borregaard owns 382,998 treasury shares, representing
0.38% of the total number of shares outstanding.
