ALLOTMENT OF BONUS SHARES

Bouvet ASA has on 15th of november 2010 awarded 41230
bonus shares to the participants in the share
incentive program for 2008. The bonus shares are
free of charge.

After this transaction Bouvet ASA holds 804 own
shares. The transactions are carried out as a part of
the established share incentive program for the
employees.
