SALE OF OWN SHARES

Bouvet ASA has on 15th of november 2010 sold 58.179
own shares to employees of the company at a price of
NOK 46,40 per share.

After this transaction Bouvet ASA holds 28.222 own
shares. The transactions are carried out as a part of
the share incentive program for the employees.
