Frame agreement with the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund assigned to Bouvet ASA

Oslo 12.01.2010: The Norwegian State Educational Loan
Fund has assigned a frame agreement within project
management to Bouvet ASA. The agreement has a
duration of four years and comprises project
management og project support in connection with
among other things an ongoing and extensive
modernization project to obtain better customer
support and increased efficiency.

The services to be delivered in the area covered by
the agreement will among other things consist of
project management, quality assurance, risk analysis,
work process reengineering, organization development,
requirement specification, compilation of steering
documents, technology assessment and accomplishment
of acquisition processes.
