FINANCIAL RESULTS FOURTH QUARTER 2009

Bouvet ASA (BOUVET) will release its fourth quarter
2009 results on Friday 19 February at 08:30 hrs.
Sverre Hurum, Chief Executive Officer, and Erik Stubø,
Chief Financial Officer, will give a short
presentation.

The presentation will take place at 08:30 hrs at Felix
conference centre, Aker Brygge, Oslo.
