Several new framework agreements for Bouvet

Oslo, 16.08.2010: Bouvet ASA has been awarded several
new framework agreements in the last few months with
several large and important customers regarding
delivery of consultancy services.

Framework agreements is a form of cooperation where
the client signs agreements with one or several
suppliers. The agreement settle prices and other
terms of delivery, among other facts, for the supply
of consultancy services within an agreed period.
Deliveries within this kind of framework agreement
are done on a basis of a call-off order. A signed
framework agreement does not imply a direct increase
in revenues until a call-off order is done with the
supplier of consultancy services.

In Norway, the new framework agreements includes
Statnett, the National Library of Norway in Mo i
Rana, ConocoPhillips Norge, Bergen Municipality, BKK,
Kongsberg Maritime, the Directorate of Taxes in
Norway as well as Norwegian Customs and Excise.

"In the last few months we have worked hard to
attract new and exiting customers. The result is
demonstrated by an increase in the number of signed
framework agreements. These are important agreements
to us as they provide us with an increased
predictability regarding capacity and earnings", says
Sverre Hurum, CEO and President of Bouvet ASA.

The framework agreements will have marginal economic
effects on the second quarter 2010.
