BOUVET: STRONG GROWTH AND IMPROVED MARKET POSITION

Oslo, November 9, 2010: Bouvet had operating revenues
of NOK 160.2 million in the third quarter of 2010,
compared with NOK 119.8 million in the third quarter
last year. This represents an increase of 33.7 per
cent. Operating profit (EBIT) in the quarter came to
NOK 9.7 million compared with NOK 6.9 million in the
third quarter last year.

In the first nine months of 2010, Bouvet`s revenues
increased by 16.3 per cent to NOK 499.3 million. The
increase in revenues corresponds with the company`s
expectations. The growth is mainly a result of an
increase in number of employees, greater use of sub-
contractors and a higher billing ratio.

In the third quarter Bouvet had operating costs,
including depreciation and amortisation, of NOK 150.5
million, up from NOK 112.9 million in the second
quarter of 2009. This corresponds with an increase of
33.3 per cent. The increase is particularly related
to an increase in average number of employees as well
an increase in wages. In the first nine months Bouvet
had operating costs of NOK 458.3 million, up from NOK
387.1 million in the first three quarters of 2009.

Operating profit (EBIT) for the third quarter came to
NOK 9.7 million, compared with NOK 6.9 million in the
same period of 2009. The EBIT margin increased to 6.1
per cent, compared with 5.8 per cent in the same
period of last year. EBIT for the first three
quarters of 2010 came to NOK 41.1 million with a
corresponding EBIT margin of 8.2 per cent.

Diluted earnings per share for Bouvet were NOK 0.72
for the quarter, compared with NOK 0.52 in the third
quarter of 2009.
