Bouvet publishes information memorandum in connection with the transfer of listing from Oslo Axess to Oslo Børs

Bouvet ASA ("Bouvet" or the "Company") has today
published an information memorandum in connection
with the transfer of listing of its shares from Oslo
Axess to Oslo Børs. The shares will commence trading
on Oslo Børs tomorrow, 30 November 2010.

ABG Sundal Collier Norge ASA has been engaged as
manager and Advokatfirmaet Schjødt DA has been
engaged as legal advisor in relation to the transfer
of listing.

The information memorandum is attached and is also
